When people leave, nature takes back control. This is also the case in the Fukushima evacuation zone. People are being told to return to their home as there is no apparent danger any more, but this means nature needs to be dealt with first. In this case it's all about wild boars roaming the streets.
No reports on if these animals glow in the dark.
